Held answers are switched on one at a time — no code, no deploy. An answer is held whenever it carries a figure. Open it, put in the confirmed number, and turn AI may send this answer on. It works for the next customer who asks. Leave anything you are unsure about held: a handover costs a minute, a wrong amount costs a payout.
